Withdrawals From the Bar Examination
There are no withdrawals prior to the bar examination. All qualified
applicants will be scheduled to sit for the examination, and test materials will
be available at the test site you selected on your application. If you do not
sit for the examination, you will receive a letter after the administration of
the examination changing your status to withdrawn. If you reapply for a future
administration of the bar examination, it is not considered a character
and fitness issue if you withdrew from a previous examination. Please note that
there are no refunds or transfers of applications and/or fees. Application
forms from prior examinations may not be used. Additionally, copies of
applications are not acceptable and will be returned. If the new application
does not meet the applicable filing deadline, the applicant will not be
permitted to sit for the bar examination.
