Amending a Bar Application

Applicants have a continuing obligation to keep the information on their bar applications current until they are admitted to the bar. You are to report changes to the Board in writing within ten days of their occurrence. This includes changes in employment, address, or the answer to any character and fitness-related questions. Use the form accessible from the link below to file any needed amendments. Mail the form and the disclosures or other information to the Board office.
