There Are No Refunds or Transfers of Applications and/or fees.

A certified check, cashier's check, law firm check, corporate check or money order payable to the "Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners" in the appropriate amount must accompany your application. Personal checks will not be accepted, nor will any application be accepted until all fees are paid. Refer to the specific Pennsylvania Bar Admission Rule (Pa.B.A.R.) to determine which rule you qualify under and, the appropriate application and fee(s) that you must submit. Fees payable to the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners may be combined and submitted in one check. There are no refunds or transfers of applications and/or fees.

A reapplicant is considered to be any individual who has submitted an application to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar Examination with the applicable filing fees.

FINAL FILING DEADLINE: All applications to sit for the bar examination must be POSTMARKED by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or overnight courier (e.g., Federal Express, UPS, etc.) by the final filing deadline as indicated above; otherwise, you will not be permitted to sit for the bar examination.
