Barbara. Mather is a partner with Pepper Hamilton, LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Swarthmore College and acquired her Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago. Ms. Mather practices in the areas of antitrust and trade regulations, college and university law, and commercial litigation. She is a member of the American Law Institute, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, was City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia from 1984-1985 and was a Lecturer in Law, Antitrust, at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995, where she also chaired the Firm Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Ms. Mather was appointed to the Board on July 17, 2007. Her current term expires April 1, 2013.
