Stuart Davidson is a partner in the law firm of Willig, Williams & Davidson. Mr. Davidson is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and acquired his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. He practices in the areas of employment and labor, employee benefits/ERISA and class action/mass torts. Mr. Davidson is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Philadelphia, PA and American Bar Associations, as well as the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee. Mr. Davidson was appointed to the Board on May 29, 2008. His current term expires on April 1, 2011.
