* For those applicants admitted in the jurisdiction of California: Applicants who have been admitted in California must submit their request for a Complaint Check Certificate of Standing directly to the State Bar of California. See this link for instructions. You may upload the certificate through your Pennsylvania Online Bar Application account or forward it to us by mail. Do not direct the State Bar of California to email the certificate to us.

**For those applicants admitted in the jurisdiction of Colorado: Applicants who have been admitted in Colorado must obtain a Certificate of Disciplinary History from the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. Do so by following the procedure at this link. When you receive your documentation please forward it to our office through your Online Bar Application account or forwarded to us by mail. Do not forward any materials to us by email.

***For those applicants admitted in the jurisdiction of District of Columbia: Applicants who have been admitted in the District of Columbia must submit their request for a Certificate Concerning Discipline directly to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. See this link for instructions. You may upload the certificate through your Pennsylvania Online Bar Application account or forward it to us by mail. Do not direct the ODC to email the certificate to us.

****For those applicants admitted in the New York - First Department: Those that have worked in a location covered by the Attorney Grievance Committee of the First Judicial Department of New York, must submit a request for a disciplinary background check to the Committee and forward the results to our office. Visit the information here and follow the link to the Background Check Request Form. The Committee will reply to you by email with your results. Applicants must upload all resulting materials to our office through their Online Bar Application account or forwarded to us by mail. Do not forward any materials to us by email.

*****For those applicants admitted in the jurisdiction of Washington: Applicants who have been admitted in the state of Washington must obtain a Discipline History Certificate from the Washington State Bar Association. Do so by following the procedure at this link. Applicants may upload the certificate through their Pennsylvania Online Bar Application account or forward it to us by mail, or they may direct the WSBA to mail the certificate to us. Applicants should not direct the WSBA to email the certificate to us.
