*For those applicants admitted in the jurisdiction(s) of California, and/or Washington: Upon submitting an application under Pa.B.A.R. 204, please include a separate check or money order in the amount of $25.00 payable to the "State Bar of California" and/or in the amount of $30.00 payable to the "Washington State Bar Association". These fees are now required for our character investigation of applicants who have been admitted to the bar(s) of one or more of these jurisdictions.
*For those applicants admitted in the jurisdiction of District of Columbia: Applicants must submit their request for a Certificate Concerning Discipline directly to the Office of Bar Counsel 515 5th Street, NW, Bldg. A, Room 117, Washington, DC, 20001. There is a notarized release form that must be completed. You may call the DC office at (202) 638-1501 to obtain the form or it can be found on-line at www.dcbar.org. There is a $20 fee for this certificate (check or money order made payable to "DC Bar".)
