At this time, there is no limitation or recommendation to prevent the administration of the Pennsylvania February 2023 bar exam in person. Therefore,
the Board plans to administer the UBE to all candidates in person in
Pittsburgh and Lancaster on Tuesday, February 21 and Wednesday,
February 22, 2023.
The Board will continue to monitor the best protocols for administering the exam safely. The Board will update its
requirements if it determines that new circumstances warrant adjustments. Please monitor this page for updates.
