Veterans Affairs GI Bill Testing Fee Reimbursement

This benefit reimburses the eligible veteran or dependent for bar examination fees, effective March 1, 2001.

Eligibility: If you are eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill, the Montgomery GI Bill – Active Duty (Chapter 30), Montgomery GI Bill- Selected Reserve (Chapter 1606), Reserve Educational Assistance Act (Chapter 1607) or VEAP (Chapter 32), or Dependents Educational Assistance (Chapter 35), you may receive this benefit.

Until October 1, 2011, you can only take an approved examination once under Chapter 33. After October 1, 2011 you will be able to take more than one examination and/or take more than one examination.
