A. Patricia Diulus-Myers was a Principal in the Pittsburgh office of Jackson Lewis P.C. until her retirement from the firm in January 2017. She was co-chair of the firm's Diversity Committee from 2005 through 2009. In this role, she was responsible for identifying and leading the firm’s diversity initiatives throughout the country in support of recruitment and retention strategies.

Currently, Ms. Diulus-Myers is focusing her practice on arbitrations and mediations in cases involving employment law, medical malpractice, executive contracts, and general litigation. She also is counsel with Segmiller & Associates, a certified woman-owned business enterprise, a general litigation firm. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis in 1996, Ms. Diulus-Myers, a former registered nurse, worked with a large corporate law firm and then served as Vice President and General Counsel for a hospital system. She went on to manage her private law practice in which she concentrated in the field of labor and employment law litigation and trials. Because the majority of cases in her solo practice involved representation of plaintiffs, Ms. Diulus-Myers brought to Jackson Lewis a unique and valuable perspective in the practice of employment law on behalf of employers. She also served in the military as a Major in the Army Nurse Corps Reserves.

As a senior litigator and trial attorney, Ms. Diulus-Myers has managed a multitude of litigation matters and jury trials focusing primarily on issues arising in the workplace. In her over 44 years of legal practice, and admission to the bars of four states, she successfully handled a variety of civil jury and bench trials highlighted by those in the field of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation and harassment, executive contracts, whistleblowers, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and ERISA cases in both federal and state forums. As a member of her prior firm’s practice group on restrictive covenants, she has litigated restrictive covenant and business tort cases in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and New York. She also has tried to verdict several employment cases, medical malpractice cases and general corporate litigation matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Ms. Diulus-Myers served as a barrister with the American Inns of Court and was inducted into the Fellows Program for the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. She is a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and various bar associations speaking on employment issues. Ms. Diulus-Myers is a certified mediator for the courts of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and participated in the Special Masters Program for the Courts of Allegheny County. She also has been admitted to the arbitration and mediation panels for the American Arbitration Association. She was appointed to the Merit Selection panel under the Federal Magistrates Act to assess federal magistrates for reappointment to the bench. She is a current member and former chair of the Judiciary Committee and past chair and former vice-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section; member of the Women in Law Division and current member of the Labor & Employment and Civil Litigation Sections of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA). She also served as an elected governor of the Board of Governors of the ACBA. She is the former chair and longtime member of the Golf Tournament Committee and Loans & Scholarship Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, which focuses on rendering legal services to low-income clients. Ms. Diulus-Myers has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell, denoting the highest level of professional excellence and was inducted as a member of the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County.
