Vice-Chair

Michael Lutz is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Lutz spent the first 11 years of his career as a corporate attorney at McCausland Keen + Buckman, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, IP licensing, corporate financing, and secured transactions. Mr. Lutz is currently the vice president of business development at Drummond Scientific Company, a manufacturer of consumable diagnostic and laboratory equipment, where he is helping to grow the company through a combination of strategic acquisitions, product licenses, and joint ventures. Mr. Lutz was appointed to the Board on February 12, 2020. His appointment commenced on April 1, 2020 for a period of three years. On Feb 10, 2023 Mr. Lutz was appointed Vice-Chair commencing April 1, 2023 for a period of three years.
