The Board is required to hold in the strictest confidence all records received in the admissions process. Pa.B.A.R. 402 specifically addresses the issue of confidentiality. The Disciplinary Board is authorized to review bar applications under Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 8.1 Bar Admission and Disciplinary Matters.
