Forms received after the deadline (or if mailing, postmarked after the deadline) will incur late fee(s) as indicated below.
Payment by credit card for these services is currently unavailable. If making a payment, it must be in the form of certified check or money order made payable to the PA Board of Law Examiners and mailed with the email receipt you receive following completion of this form.
