Notarized Authorization and Release (A&R) Information
A notarized A&R provides character and fitness analysts with the needed authority to perform a full background check on bar applicants. If you are directed by your character and fitness investigator to submit this document, you may do so after completing the online application. A sample A&R is below:

status of your application, you will see the availability to print as depicted in one of the two screenshots
below:
