On January 4, 2022, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania adopted the UBE beginning with the July 2022 administration and promulgated the rule permitting admission by UBE score transfer (Pa.B.A.R. 206). The NCBE is replacing this version of the UBE (Legacy UBE) with a new version of the UBE (NextGen UBE).
